API Keys #

API keys can be secured for front-end use by setting the allowed domains / referers when creating the key. Visit the docs for more details. You accept that HTTP headers can be spoofed and that some browsers may strip referer headers entirely. By using our services and generating api keys you acknowledge we can not be held responsible for the repercussions of such actions and agree that all usage must be paid for in full at the end of each monthly billing period.

It is important that you keep your credit card details up to date. In the event of non-payment we reserve the right to temporarily disable your API keys. Subsequent searches will result in a 403 HTTP response so we recommend allowing for this when building your solution.

Disputes #

We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently. If you are unhappy with us please contact us as soon as possible. If you and we cannot resolve a dispute using our complaint handling procedure, we will:

  • - Let you know that we cannot settle the dispute with you; and
  • - Give you certain information required by law about an alternative dispute resolution provider.

If you want to take court proceedings, the relevant courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to this Policy.

The relevant law of England and Wales will apply to this Policy.
